Cancellation Policy

-Remaining balance will be paid upon completion of appointment. -You can reschedule once before 24 hours of your appointment. -Please wear comfortable clothing if applicable. - No call no show will be charged for 50% of remaining balance. RESERVATION FEE (NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) CLAUSE RESERVATION FEE (sometimes labeled as “Deposit” in booking systems). Client acknowledges and agrees that the fee paid at booking (the “Reservation Fee”) is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, failure to show, change of mind, or inability to receive the services for any reason. Client further understands that certain booking sites or payment platforms may automatically label this fee as a “deposit.” Regardless of the label used by the system, the fee is not a payment toward the total service cost, is not creditable to future services, and is not intended to be applied as a partial payment for the service itself. This fee functions solely as a Reservation Fee to secure the service provider’s time, date, and exclusivity for the requested appointment. Upon receipt of the Reservation Fee, Service Provider agrees to reserve the scheduled date and deny other booking requests for that time. The Reservation Fee is considered earned in full immediately upon payment in consideration of Service Provider’s commitment, time-blocking, administrative preparation, and loss of opportunity to schedule other clients. Under no circumstances shall the Reservation Fee be refundable or transferable. Client acknowledges and agrees that all payments, including any fee labeled by the booking system as a “deposit” (hereafter defined as the Reservation Fee) are non-refundable and may not be disputed, reversed, or charged back with their bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Client understands that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving these terms constitutes a breach of this Agreement. If Client submits a chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized reversal for any validly charged amount:     1.    Service Provider reserves the right to pursue the matter in Small Claims Court or any appropriate legal venue;     2.    Client agrees to be legally and financially responsible for:     •    The full amount improperly disputed or charged back;     •    All court costs, filing fees, and administrative fees incurred to recover the funds;     •    All reasonable attorney’s fees associated with preparing.
